From large scale remodels, to simple one-room furniture make-overs, Scout will help you love where you live. We work with clients on a wide range of services including working directly with contractors, selecting architectural details and finishes, and decorating beautiful and unique spaces with furniture, fabrics, and accessories. Though Scout can create living spaces in many styles, we are particularly good at creating spaces that are beautiful and have character. Nobody wants to hang out in a scarily perfect space. We love mixing old and new, vintage and modern, and lean heavily toward organic and raw elements like woods, marbles and worn-in leather - but we don’t play boring. We like a little spunk with our swag...a little Brando with our Grant. Layered pieces that look like they have been collected through adventures, as opposed to one-stop catalog shopping, is the name of our game.
If you would like to find out if Scout is a fit for you, we suggest booking an in-home consultation. These up to one and a half hour working sessions are offered for a fee of $350 and are an ideal way to see how we would approach designing your space- and whether we are a fit for each other- without any obligation. During a consultation, you can expect to discuss hopes and dreams for your space, review Pinterest boards or similar, create a scope of work for the project, discuss floor plans/design direction/paint colors/lighting plans, etc. It is fruitful time where much can be accomplished.
